RePlenish1. Acceptance
By accessing the RePlenish website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms may apply to features introduced later.
2. Preview-stage service
RePlenish is under development. Website interfaces, wallet balances, reward activity, merchants, rates, token details, and performance figures may be illustrative demonstrations rather than live services or current offers. Availability and functionality may change before launch.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use RePlenish where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, or restrictions that apply to you.
4. No brokerage or investment advice
RePlenish is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Robinhood Markets, Inc. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset.
Tokenized stock products may provide economic exposure to an underlying security without granting brokerage equity, shareholder ownership, voting rights, or other rights associated with directly owning that security. Crypto assets and tokenized products can be volatile and may lose value.
5. Wallets, transactions, and blockchains
You are responsible for your wallet, credentials, device security, addresses, network selection, transaction details, fees, and applicable taxes. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. RePlenish will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Third-party wallets, bridges, exchanges, blockchains, token issuers, and other services are controlled by their respective providers and may fail, change, or become unavailable.
6. Rewards and merchant references
Reward eligibility, rates, confirmation requirements, stock-token availability, funding, and withdrawal options may vary and will be governed by the terms shown when a live offer is made. Rewards are not guaranteed until confirmed under the applicable offer terms.
Merchant names and marks may be used to illustrate anticipated shopping categories or compatibility. Their appearance does not, by itself, establish sponsorship, endorsement, or a commercial partnership.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or service to break the law; interfere with security or operation; impersonate another person; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload systems without permission; manipulate rewards, markets, or engagement; or attempt to access another person’s wallet or information.
8. Content and feedback
RePlenish’s site design, text, software, and original brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. If you send feedback, you allow RePlenish to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the preview website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RePlenish and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the preview site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
10. Changes, suspension, and final launch terms
We may update the site or these terms, or suspend preview access, at any time. The operating entity, governing law, dispute process, and any feature-specific terms will be finalized and displayed before a live service is offered. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
